IMO, Plex does need to take a look at his staff and make some changes. Too many chiefs and not enough indians and it's been that way for a minute. Ever since the site went down, Alvins been handlin business and done a great job coming up with ideas to keep activity going and trying to organize. Still though, if Plex does make some changes to a few of our mods, I think a couple have earned passes as far as that goes. Ever since I came until recently, JJ has been doin' his thing. He branched outside of the regular mod duties and tried to expand the activity off of the normal popular spots (News, fantasy football / basketball) and I've seen Jesus do quite a bit as well. Besides those two, I honestly haven't seen much from the others so I think at least those two get passes just because they've statistically been here for Illest and handled stuff for awhile but that mod every now and then stuff and not comin up with anything fresh or new from other ppl has to go. We got plenty of other members that can handle business and be a lot more active.

Loon is new to moding so he hasn't really had a chance yet but I think Murk did well while he was pretty active.

Ok I can understand why plex wouldn't want some of these staff members removed. I honestly knew some of the people in your list wasn't getting demotted permantly. So according to Plex Domino, Kurse, and Jesus are safe. I'm assuming Glamtrash is also?

But anyways what about these other kids? Do y'all even know who Lawgix is? What about the comment from Kurse where he essentially said he doesn't even know who anyone is (Besides users from years ago). I think we should follow through with what the original post stated (not including kurse, just using him as an example), and have a trial. So far Bill, and lawgix are pretty much useless. TYOH has been doing an insignificant amount of work around here lately. He has did shit when he was active, but for 5 years straight is a lie, and by him self is another lie. Certainly not the top mod here lmao, I believe Bill did more. The past few months he hasn't really done anything besides close two battles within seconds after he heard he might be losing his mod powers. Plus according to him, he's too busy because he works full time, has college, and some how has a kid. Rarely gets on and when he is on, he's flooding the shout box talking to him self about how amazing his life is.

I think the Alias needs to STFU. Funny thing about the way we write, spell, express... it seldom changes. Shit, they have people who spend an entire career identifying people by the way they write or spell words etc. I'm ok with you, I always have been, we think alike, even if we don’t come at it the same way. I would appreciate it though if you kept your "Alias vs Illest" away from posts trying to make illest better. Something you either subconsciously or consciously have on your agenda.
Now, back to your concerns, Omega has been removed. TOYH is on replacement status unless he proves he's willing to be a mod, cuz to all of our knowledge, he QUIT. Until we see otherwise, he will be replaced shortly. As for moving ADMINS around or demoting, PLEX is the sole person with that right, and I won’t speak on his behalf. Maybe it's just me...but niggaz seem to be beating around the bush of my dick a little bit as of recent. Not sure if it's intentional or not...but either way I get a good laugh out of it. I like how I can be silent for MONTHS at a time and people still have to bring my name up.

Ya know... it's not like I get a paycheck for any of this stuff. But yet again, I never asked for one. Illest was a great place for me to learn a different side of music and express myself freely. I took up those responsabilities when nobody else would. Now someone comes along and gets super-active on the site for how long...a year, maybe two?...and wants to ridicule what I do!?

i understand i could have done some shit on here to help... and i've done my fair share in the past years i've been on here... but real life gets in the way sometimes of a rap battle board... so PLEX.... if you feel the need to remove my admin rights until further notice then please feel free... its your board... people like JDR, Bill, DJ, Kurse, Dom and others that were mentioned... we've all been involved in Illest for so long... so really you can't say that we're "useless".... i haven't seen Bill on here for a while but i come on every now and then to check things out... i totally agree with DJ tho on this one Alvin... and what he said about "yearning to come and moderate everything that happens on this board" if i see any battles that have deadlocks or shit like that i try n take care of it... other than that... i post some... and i admin some... but really.... whats there to administrate???
