Ok, I have come up with a new idea, if you dont like it, oh well...so check

the mod who has the most posts at the end of the month, gets to switch positions with the admin who has the least posts,for only a month, and then the next month the admin goes back to his/her position....and the mod of that month gets to switch again according to the same guidelines...BUT!!! the normal members arent gonna be left out...the member with the most posts for the month...gets to be a mod for one month...sound fair enough...

let me know what you guys think of the idea..

its a good way to get people posting..as well as a good way for people to stop posting after it results in their loss of power, i suggest.. there is no switching.. and only temporary privaleges.. where they can be an admin if they're a mod.. or a mod if they're a member for a month..

that way everyones happy and there's still more posting going on..

i totally agree with 8th... i think the Admin/Mod positions are to be choosen on who brings the most luster to Illest Lyrics, and a handful of the admins/mods you guys have chosen haven't brought any luster to IL more just lack... like i've said... the people who makes the most sense and can keep IL running smoothly should be an admin/mod. not just because they have the most posts...

mods/admins in my opinion, need to be people who arent biased, who can keep things running smoothly, who dont cause alot of beef and make things stay active, if the "top poster" didnt fit that criteria, i wouldnt agree with your idea, but if its someone who does than im down for it

exactly... we need admins or mods that are strict but yet won't cause ne beef or a big scene about it... and half the admins on here don't even get on here and do their jobs nemore... its like their too busy with outside life which is okay... but they should have come up and said "hey sorry i haven't done my job moderating or administrating the site n shit so if u wanna take my admin position away and give it to somebody that deserves it thats cool" and give it to somebody that you guys think would be a good mod or admin thats what i meant...
