1. i want somebody to post 3-4 hip hop related articles every week in the illest news section, it'll give people more to view on the site

2. i'll be running tournaments on a regular basis, each tourney will have perks to winning and once annually or semi-annually there will be a tournament of champions where only winners of previous tournaments are eligible to enter

3. admins or mods who close battles make sure to edit and put who won in the thread title

4. i'll be adding more sets of rules for battles and such, to give more variety

5. i want to expand other aspects on this forum besides textceeing, the audio seems to be doing well, whatever you create feel free to post it for feedback, music related or not

6. lawgix i want you to do the radio podcasts on a regular basis, like once a week or every two weeks, the segments are seeming to do well, feel free to get even more creative with it so theres more too it than just music, i like the requests and themes ideas but i want you to play newer tracks, instead of just a random collection

7. if you're a basic member, refer 5 members and once they each post at least 20 times, you'll be upgraded to a mod of whatever section you want, and if you get 10 i'll make you an admin

8. i'm going to work on making the rep/money system to make it actually have some value, with actual rewards and such, and i wanna see if i can set it up so that by not posting you lose rep, i dunno if i can or not but i'll have to look into it

why do we have so many mods now, well i guess it aint that many, cuz were never on at the same time, so i guess its a good thing, that way theres a couple on the site at all time.

well i gotta plan get at me and give me some things to do or go over how things run wit me in specific details, because im on this site a lot, prolly more than most, and i have no problem doin things for the site, ive told this to plex awhile back, i jus dont know how things go around here in specifics, yuh know? so jus get at me cuz im down for the cause homie....

king khaos gave me an idea bout the battles n shyt... where if ur late u automatically get a vote against u.. so if ur late 3 days u automatically lose.. therefore u have 2 days to get somethin done and it'll be 0-2 till the voting's in... i think its a pretty good idea cuz some people can't always make it n one or two days would be ideal.. and with the rule they'll still get penalized
