Downgraded Flash Chat

I downgraded the latest version of flash chat because of a few bugs we were having. Hopefully, they will fix them and we can update it again later.

If you're getting a white page, clear your cache in your browser.

I'm also going to open it up to guests and allow random people to pop in all the time. That will be interesting to see how it works out.

So, enter the chat, we have some regulars that are in their quite often and the more people who continue to use the chat, the more active it will become.
